Measure Quality
How do we measure quality?
Quality management techniques are an essential part of our approach. We follow processes, procedures and guidelines to ensure that we provide quality service throughout the life of the recruiting process. Below are a list of performance indicators we use.
Performance Indicator | Expected Result | Additional Details |
Candidate Response Rate | 90% |
Measures how often STSi responds with at least one candidate to the requirements released by our clients. Our expectation is to respond to 90% of the requirements we receive from our clients. This performance indicator does not supersede our policy to only respond with candidates who strongly meet the requirements provided by the client. |
Recruiter to Account Manager Acceptance Rate | 80% |
Measures how often the candidate pass the Account Manager screening and are submitted to the client for consideration. At least 80% of our candidate submissions should be of a quality that meets the clients standards for submission to the project team. If this is not the case, STSi will evaluate the Account Manager processes and procedures. |
Submitted Rate | 70% |
Measures how often the candidates presented by STSi pass the Clients Project/Sourcing Specialist team. Our expectation is that at least 70% of submitted candidates should pass the team . |
Supplier Hire Rate | 20% |
Measures each client's percentage of the total hires vs. total submissions. Our expectation is to have placements that are at least 20% of total requirements received. |
Deliverable Candidates | 95% | Measures how often the resources selected for an assignment accept the assignment, show up for the assignment on the first day and remain through the guarantee period. At least 95% of the selected resources should meet this requirement. |
